It's kinda naive to think it's not the deciding factor. Especially, when you look at the decisions Jeff has made so far in this incomplete merger. It could be as simple as Jeff or the money people getting a last minute kickback offer and needing time for their league of lawyers to vet it.

No naitivity on my part at all. Cost is the number one driver but there are other factors that come into the decision. Think politics and business is business. Your comment even shows politics in the works.

United has made the decision to locate our consolidated Flight Training Center in Denver. We will extensively renovate the existing facility to house a premier center that will support our training needs now and into the future.

Smart move, add on to the building they already have to comply with new sims. I just didn't see how they could afford all the down time moving sims with the amount of training planned
