Are we using the Holiday Inn Cherry Creek still? One of our guys got beat up / mugged in the parking lot there in early April. I heard we were going to move out because of it but never heard if we actually did.

We were as of 3 weeks ago.

Why would they put you up there when there are 4 (5?) perfectly adequate hotels just across Quebec from DENTK?

Great news, as a hopeful UAL applicant who lives in DEN it would be great to get involved in the training department down the road if it all works out. Now just for that pesky phone call thing... ;)

There's nothing to do around DENTK, unles you are really into GNC or Subway.

Cherry Creek has amenities within walking distance. Movie theaters, a big mall, restaurants, Shotgun Willies, Target, etc. If you're only spending 4 hours a day at TK and 20 at the hotel, there might as well be stuff to do.

there are a ton of restaurants across the street from TK to include sub shops, pizza, burgers, bbq, deli, McD, iHop, panda, etc… and the hotel shuttle will drive to the open air mall that has a ton of bars/restaurants, shops. Cheery Creek has Shotgun Willies, Target, a crappy burger place, and a Friday's thats within safe walking distance at night… thats about it.
