Whether New Hire or Transition Training all training should be none threat. Everyone you come in contact with at the training centers should have one goal and that is doing what ever it takes to help you successfully complete the process.

Any failure is a failure of the hiring process or a failure of the training program, both directly controlled by management.

Probably an exaggeration. We were told at the EWR roadshow that LCAL being on LUAL work rules in the TA added about 400 pilot jobs. So I think the 1,000 number was them rounding up to make a point.

I doubt it. You are talking about UAL work rules as they existed under the BK contract (lines built to over 90 hours for example). What the AA guy was mentioning was their contract vs. the CAL 2002 contract at that time. Big difference.

Back to the vacancy, any idea when the final will be out now that it closes out on Saturday? Just wondering since I'm close to the bubble.
