I just read a company email briefly discussing the upcoming enrolment.
Not happy about what I read so far.
Aetna is going away for some of us- depending on your state.
The pharmacy provider is changing to CVS, not good for us either.
We have been very pleased with Aetna these last several years.
My recollection of Blue Cross ( the new provider in Texas), from years ago was they were about as helpful as the TSA.
Since we live in a small rural community, Walmart pharmacy was available as well as the local pharmacy.
The nearest CVS is 25 miles away.
Express Scripts has been very reliable for mail order stuff.
My neighbor had to change to CVS from Express Scripts this last year- he is very dis-satisfied with them.

Express Scripts is a joke. They have screwed up my wifes medication many times. Not sending enough and when she is out of a medication refusing to send more since she should still have pills - forcing us on many occasions to get another small prescription from our Doctor and taking it to a local pharmacy. We finally told them to stick it after many attempts to straighten out the situation and now have been paying for generics at the local pharmacy.

Looks like I may have to eat my words about Express Scripts.
A few days ago I had an unwelcome diagnosis from the doc/lab.
Express Scripts is telling me and the doc, they cannot make, do not cover the anti-cancer drug he prescribed.
It is pretty expensive. I can afford it, but this is what I pay insurance premiums for.
Maybe CVS will in January.

Thank you for the kind words. It's just part of living and there are so many with much worse problems.
So thankful I can afford the meds, and that it is not one of my kids.
