67% thought this contract was just fine. Now it's the same deal with more money? Yeah, this will pass comfortably. Next...

Nope,

Three years after the merger date one side was tired of watching Capt bids going 9 years junior to them. They chose the money via another vehicle. They ate this POS contract and started the ISL clock thereby gaining a pay raise via upgrades.

My personal battle with UAL is pay. It has been wrong (short) 6 out of 11 months this year. I would love to stand my ground and tell them to pack sand. But there is no logic in it.

If my paycheck is wrong, at least it will be 16% less wrong after Jan 1.

Lets slay one dragon at a time. This one appears to be a no-brainer.

I agree.......
How can you make a yes or no decision till you see what's offered?

Yawn. Votes have consequences. You made your bed with your yes vote. Now sleep in it. This contract was good enough for the majority not terribly long ago. This will pass comfortably. How about some desert?

The bravado above is exactly why I can't see how we do better in next 2-4 years. The 5% factor from each previous legacy is prob at least 15%/side in our new house. Minimal collective resolve means Section 6 will not be the holy grail but rather another dragged out dud.

Agreed. I voted no for the UPA because it wasn't a good deal. We could have done better. But 67% said it was suitable, now I'm going to cash that it.

When do I get my raise?
