I haven't gone yet, but through the magic of social media, I'll make this unscientific and potentially insulting assertion.
The people who I admire and wish I was like enjoyed the training. The folks who bad mouthed it are, for the most part, sociopathic, redneck, chronic complainers who create needless drama when they come to work.

They're no dummies. $10M for us to watch some slides and discuss, or perhaps hundreds of millions to have class A, top-notch training programs worthy of a world-class airline. Bonuses all around.
