FAR 117
NAI application was delayed for over 2 years
Signed the 2012 Airlines Bankruptcy Payments Rollover Act into law
Changed 75 year old biased Union voting rules to straight up simple majority
The record is pretty clear. I'd vote for him in 2016 if he could run. You looked at your B-fund returns for the last 7 years? How about your career progression? Can it get any better?

Over 90 million in employment rate?
Food stamps at a record high?
Carbon tax proposal to airline and other global warming violators?
Don't forget about racial relations at a 45 year low?
Let's see they had control of the congress and the senate for over 2 years and nothing changed via the rail way labor act.
Record number of presidential czars appointments and executive orders.
Don't forget about his narcissistic view of the world, open borders, and awesome police relations.
Yes B.O. Is a great leader. May I please have more!
Yes please vote for him again, hope he gets a 3rd term! Awesome!

- congressional mandate w a deadline that made it to the administion's DOT in plenty of time for suspense date. Obama and his team carved out the Cargo pilots in a sad political display of he w the most money wins lobby demo. Released the final rule late w carve out after they'd rec'd enough lobby donations.
Not a great point to bring up in my opinion in defense of Mr Obama, pretty sickening poke in the eye to our cargo brothers.

When you inherit a TRILLION DOLLAR annual deficit, stuff happens
Over 90 million in employment rate?
have you been drinking? what is a "90 million in employment rate". LOL. The UNemployment rate is less than 5%
Food stamps at a record high?
Carbon tax proposal to airline and other global warming violators?

Total BS. Congressional mandate? Are you just making stuff up? He appointed Randy Babbitt to head the FAA. A former ALPA Chief. That's why we have FAR 117. The political hurdles to get there were incredible...especially the Memphis Fred FEDEX lobby. You take what you can get.
"D. Congressional Mandate On August 1, 2010, the President signed the Airline Safety and Federal Aviation Administration Extension Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-216). Section 212 of Public Law 111-216 required “the FAA Administrator to issue regulations to limit the number of flight and duty time hours allowed for pilots to address pilot fatigue.” This section, in subsection 212(a)(3), set a deadline of 180 days for the FAA to publish an NPRM and 1 year for the FAA to issue a final rule."
First you say credit for 117 to Obama now your dig in with Babbitt...easy Wolf Blitzer!
Every word I wrote was fact. He signed it but had nothing to do with the work to create the bipartisan act. This rule was a done deal sitting in the White House past the congressional deadline...you tell us how Fred made BO carve out the cargo pilots after the rule was in final draft form from his own FAA administrator? Sorry if I hurt your liberal feelings. After you're done crying, read the rule for yourself before you blast away and hurt yourself.
