I think that it'll barely pass because of the fact that they have 2 yr. FAs from sCAL taking flying from sUAL FAs. Also, there are 25yr. FAs from sUAL that are on reserve and their contemporaries from CAL are holding a line very quickly after training.

I cannot imagine any LUAL flight attendant voting against this TA... this is there one opportunity to get the ISL moving along and regaining their seniority and ability to bid the long haul trips that LCAL flight attendants are grabbing now. If this fails the LCAL flight attendants will drag it on forever since they have a huge advantage flying lines they are way too junior to hold in a post ISL seniority list.

Couple of reasons I heard for no votes were no signing bonus and more out of pocket for medical (that's nationwide, but never mind...)
One did relay a story about a run-in she had with the LCAL FA trying to start their own in house Union who said she would vote for it, because she needs the raise, but would continue trying to form their own Union. Can't make this stuff up.

Perhaps they want to get the best possible contract instead of rubber stamping a subpar deal just to get a list... Imagine that.

LMAO. Yeah that's it. Nothing at all to do with them going from layovers in CDG to sitting reserve.

The LUAL F/A's understand that this may not be a good deal/contract but they understand it's not much different than what the LUAL pilots did to stop the shenanigans of JP and JS. Look at us now - we are just one happy family.
