FAs have a TA

Amazing the bad info out there when the truth is easy to come by. I can't imagine the company giving much more than what's already on the table, unless they are faced with a "United" labor front...sad really sad

Just read their new TA on my last trip. What a POS!
Too much "at the company's best ability", "scheduling's discretion", "operation's best interest" type verbiage in there. Looked like the old CAL contract I got hired into with a ton of grey areas that defaulted to management.
Like many of you, I like our flight attendants and want them to get a good deal, they certainly deserve it. This TA in my opinion is a turd.

They don't want the integration. That's the only problem really. Like my buddies who looked at the highest payrates they'd ever seen and said they hated voting no but they wanted to delay the SLI as long as possible.
