Training pay shows up when they do the monthly close out. Look for it NLT the 8th.

Payroll and Flight Office personnel will tell you that, to make you go away and stop bothering them. In my experience, when they tell you they will "catch it on close out", they don't 75% of the time. Make them do it before the close out.

Nobody should be accepting anything less than 200%. If we stick together and do so, there won't be any 150% or less offers.

5-E-8-b VDO. If the Company actually disrupts a VDO(s), the Reserve shall receive fifty percent (50%) Add Pay for all scheduled Flight Time and Deadhead Time on and after the VDOs through and including the day the Trip ends (including reserve days),

At least your CP will go to bat for you. I had a similar situation and the response I got from the CP was, "I won't support drug deals. I'll only support what's in the manual".

Even though it was offered in error I had the tapes. No dice from CP.

At my company the CP office tells us they're our "advocates". The reality is that they are a policing force. Reminds me of the sci-fi minI series from the early '80s, "V".

download the free app that records all phone calls from specific phone numbers.

Not a fan of Bebe. She denied my 150% and said they have the right to restore my days off even though they agreed to buy two days at the VJM rate plus pay me for the days. I guess she believes that it is "inferred" in the contract that crew scheduling can do whatever they want to do after you hang up the phone with them.

I won't be doing any more of anything extra for these people. We should mandate "integrity" in the cba. If unable, get our union rep on the phone, monitoring all crew scheduling lines and phone calls for anything that involves add pay, extra pay, etc.

The CP shouldn't even be involved in this stuff. Furthermore, the CP should just automatically rubber stamp "approved" on all pay claims. if they are really pilot advocates it's time to put up or shut up.

That's what the contract says all right.

Trouble is, the company doesn't care about that. I guess the company believes they must have agreed to that "in error." What did we give up to get that language? The language isn't worth the paper it's printed on if we have to fight tooth and nail for it to be honored.

We need to step up ALPA enforcement and get real-time monitoring up in Chicago. I would like ALPA to send up a police force to sit in and monitor the phone calls.

You really should know your contract before giving advice. 150% is contractually correct for VDO.
