For those that want to put some of their profit sharing in their 401k, that window now doesn't open until 27 Jan.

Paragraph 3:
The special election window for Profit Sharing will be open from Jan. 27, 2017, through Feb. 12, 2017, giving all eligible employees the option to defer a portion of their Profit Sharing payout to their eligible retirement plan account.

12.2% profit Margin (pre tax)
Net income 4.5B$ (pre tax)

with the percentage expense in salary/compensation of 5.8% shown in the earning info applied to last year's total salary expense, would result in a payout percentage for pilots of about 10.1% of 2016 earnings (minus last years profit payout)

and I did stay at a Holiday Inn Select last night
