If you're talking about the per diem report, the company will be providing it at some point. No need to pay for a service.

Maybe. At the old airline I could retrieve a report from the 1st of the year to the last day of the year with every single leg I flew and accompanying overnight/layover. I would then had over said downloaded report to my tax guy to do the per diem
calculation deduction.

You don't need your tax guy to do the calculation -- United will provide it. Sit tight, I assume we'll get it in the next month.

The company will provide a 2016 per diem report around the same time the electronic W2s are published in the last week of January. As has been stated, you will not have to pay your tax person to do that or go to a third party vendor to have this report prepared for you.

Default Per diem report location

Where is the per diem report located? I select 'per diem' in CCS and it directs me to crew companion.

In Flying Together>my info>per diem.

You'll need to scroll down a bit.

Somewhat related, what do I tell my CPA when I give them that UA per diem letter? I don't have receipts saved from overnights, and he's never had an airline guy before.
