Expectation Zero and all that...but new (used) growth airframes would be fantastic news.

Fedex and USAF have the new 767s tied up for years to come. Not to say you couldn't negotiate some away, but UPS doesn't pay a premium for their airframes. They like to negotiate on their terms.

New training center is a done deal. Construction to start in 2018 with the old center to be torn down and maint. hanger to be expanded and more ramp space.
