ATL 2014 OBAP Job fair
Back in Sep. 2014, I attended a Job fair in ATL which was right before I moved overseas. At that time, the UPS reps would talk to you, but they did not take any resumes nor any candidate's info. Has this changed? I am reading colleagues getting a push after attending, I don't mind making the trip just to chat with one of them.

After OBAP, my application was locked and it was my understanding that this was because it was submitted to the review board, this was over a month ago and haven't heard anything and I assume I did not pass. Is it worth going to the FAPA fair at this point or better to wait till next year to submit a new app and go to a job fair?

My personal opinion? Absolutely worth it if UPS is where your heart is. If you've done the research, and really know Brown is where you want to be, then go back and tell them that.
I've told my story before on here so I won't belabor it, but.... I went to OBAP in 2016. I was the first guy through that door and I made a b-line straight to the UPS table. I stuck out my hand and made sure they knew I walked passed every other airline in there BECAUSE I wanted to work for UPS, and I meant it.
BTW... 4 months left on probation and I know I made the right choice.
Best of luck.
