Kind of. It's was just HR stuff...any accidents, incidents, any family members work at UPS, DUI, Unrestricted ATP... We had already talked about the other stuff at the job fair.

I received the Hogan invitation this week after my second job fair (FAPA 10/28). I did not have a phone interview and my application has been Active since I submitted it this February. I’m waiting to take it until I get home from my current trip.

At FAPA, DT said that the Hogan pass rate is now around 90%, up from around 75% a year or so ago.

I don’t like the hogan test

As the hogan test rate approaches 100% why have the test ?
