I don’t think that means you failed. I just published my app and immediately got that same message. I mean as soon as I uploaded my resume and completed the app it returned that same statement.

Sorry to say it... but that is exactly what it means. The application and Hogan are scored immediately. Tons of information on here about it.

Does anyone know how long one has to take the Hogan after receiving the email? I've heard 2 weeks, but I'm not positive that is correct.

I never found that out, I did take exactly 10 days later.
Prepare and don't put it off to long, that's the only advice I have.

Anyone taking the Hogan some advice prepare with some online test get the feed back and then take the hogan.

Adam Hughes consulting for Hogan prep. Well worth the money.

Highly recommend. BTW, I was told the fail rate was actually around 60+%.
