If the failure rate is that high then the parameters are set wrong.

I just passed the Hogan. Huge relief. There is a box that comes up briefly after you complete the second test. It will tell you if you passed. I had read about it and used the video camera from my phone to record as I clicked the final button; it is very briefly displayed. Then there is a green banner stating that a recruiter would be contacting me soon.

Does the invitation for an interview come via phone or email?

By phone. Usually within a day or two...

I've been applying since 2014 and all 4 years show active. Is this normal?

Me to, your best bet is go to a job fair and due a face to face that helped me to move foward.

Only took me 12 years. :)

Make sure your app says 2017. Re-apply every year in January and it will auto-fill a brand new app where you can add new info, if needed, (I didn't know you had to re-apply) with the current year time stamp. Then, network, job fair and do everything you can to boost your resume to show them you want to be here. Try to get up to 3 internal recs, preferably from folks who will go to bat for you and you have flown with.

Good luck!

Went to 3 of them in a year time period and hasn't helped. So that advice like all of the rest of it is not accurate for everyone; The whole thing is a crapshoot is probably the best advice.
