75 hour guarantee (13 pay periods). On the bus 75-85 hours a pay period is normal. 204 hour cap per bid period.

a "bid period" is 56 days, which is two 28 day "pay periods"
An apples to apples comparison isn't exact, but that closely resembles a 104 hour monthly cap. Actually more than 104 since we have 13 months in a UPS pay calendar ... FWIW

It’s a 208 hour cap in a 56 day bid period.
747 guys are averaging in the 90s while domestic guys are closer to guarantee. Plenty of domestic pilots maxing out their pay though. It’s just probably easier to do in the international side.

I think that the general consensus is to expect 1000 x hourly rate at UPS to estimate annual salary. However, international is higher by probably 20%. None of this includes extra flying beyond your normal schedule. If you are able and choose to accept junior manning calls from scheduling you can make a lot more. I have some friends who are F/Os making CA money. The current ANC 747 pilot shortage is a completely different discussion. I wouldn't plan on that for future earning potential.

For some individuals. ..and some very new to the fleet/domicile. A tiny minority of otherwise a great group of aviators.
Then again, wonder if that’s why so many senior 76 folks are now bidding over to the 74?? Just sayin’.
Don’t lump all ‘Anchorage pilots’ together...

A classmate of mine has grossed $80K more than me as an ANC FO. We both bid RSV on international fleets, but he routinely gets extended and does the occasional JA trip. I rarely get extended, and never fly OT or JA. I work a lot less for the money.
