Most Foreign carriers allow beards. I believe Hawaiian also allows their pilots too. I welcome this change.

Why should we not get it? I am curious what others think...
A small increase in QOL for some, if not, a lot of pilots and not only at our airline but industry wide.
I don't understand how beards are so trivialized in today's day and age.
