Perhaps it's different for those who did the Zoom interview vs. those who did the in-person and got a pool letter? Like the person above, this is the first communication I've had from UPS since the interview.

I’m in the same boat, March 2020 in person interview. No email either.

its closed for the year, usually they put it back up at the beginning of the year, if you’re like me you probably have no patience to wait that long 😉

Just for pure curiosity what would a 40 yr olds seniority progression look like? Currently at a place that may fall on harder times and wondering if I should jump ship early.


or should I say try jumping early

Keep in mind that those are age 65 retirements. A LOT of guys are punching before that. Progression for a 40 year old will be great. In fact, 40 is young here at UPS.
