^^This. Also, you probably know someone here, just have to dig deep. I’ve bumped into about 5-6 guys now who (whom?) I had no idea ended up at brown. Still, an internal rec is no magic bullet. I’d focus on improving your resume: get a training position, head a union committee, get a masters, start a volunteer org., etc.

In the UPS app, for military members overseas, what address have you been using in the app? The app states that you must put in a US based address as your current address, APO addresses have no dropdown for that field as well.
I asked the same question to their Contact Us department, but wanted to ask here as well.

Yuko, i know you said to disregard this post, but from the sound of it you're currently filling out the 2021 pilot app. Am I missing something? I'm unable to find the First Officer job listing anywhere on the UPS website. All I see is a site for the two intern programs and nothing under the job search function.

First time caller, my question is about timelines with regards to new hires. I'm currently on active duty and have been doing some future planning with the family. My question is how far out will UPS offer a potential hire a job offer? (assuming minimum requirements met, interview and the application process was smooth).
For example, let's say I leave active duty in December, and am available to start January. How far back in the year would I know I have a job offer?
Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
