...each application is scored by aN automated system to see if you get an active/inactive. Then, they are randomly pulled from the active list to be reviewed by a person.
Does this seem right? Based on that, you could apply every year and never be looked at by a human.

In the past you could always go to a job fair and ask a recruiter for their advice. Sometimes they could correct issues caused by the auto-scoring system.
For example when people’s apps became “inactive” simply because their applications weren’t completed (timed out) and the auto-scoring system would then mark them as inactive.

Did anyone else notice the makeup of our latest new hire class? Evidently Emirates is our new farm team. I couldn’t believe how many folks came from there this class. The rest was the usual folks from the usual places.

Yes, for me anyway. I’m in the same boat as boeingthere, 6000+ tt, chief pilot here and there, management of flight dept. part 91, some regional and charter experience, no degree. I need to finish my degree but you know how life goes. Get to work, pay bills. Now get back to work and pay bills.

Heard something similar, but as I was recently reminded by someone who is former HR in sdf, there is almost always a large disconnect between what sdf wants and what atl will allow.
