I got the same email today! I'm a WN transfer as well. Trying to figure out what AC to stack highest. Any thoughts on A300 vs 75/76? I intend to commute to SDF first and then relocate there 2nd year. Also, did your email specify "firm job offer"? I haven't seen that but I have done direct deposit info and all that.

I racked and stacked with the 757 at top. I assume that will be the easiest transition coming from WN.

Got the same email with no ‘FJO’ wording also. Went SDFZ over SDF757 for the possibility of fewer commutes, but I think I may be younger so I’ll take whatever I get. Just hoping there are some west coasters and Floridians in the class!

Welcome to everyone coming onboard and a very special welcome to the SWA guys. Jumpseated quite a few times with you and always a pleasant experience. It seems we have a steady trickle coming in as folks take advantage of the the hiring environment to land their first choice job. I’m sure we have some going the other way to, just no way to track it.

75 SDF would likely be more commutes but you're going to be able to hold a Base Trip Line , vto, or vor very early. So, you will have the ability to try and trade trips or drop trips. If you're holding a line you will have access to trips that start or end with a commercial which typically means less time worked / on the road.
Personally, I would pick 75 SDF while on probation so you have flexibility with your schedule and the ability to drop trips, trade trips, and have occasional commercial tickets. Although, it's hard to drop it's great when you're successful.

The equipment survey and benefits email is not your firm offer. The firm offer is an email with an attached PDF letter congratulating you and saying the background process is complete. It's very distinguishable.
