I’ve also heard no more hiring for at least the rest of 2023. Volume is done 20-30% and some of the reserves I have talked to are not flying very much. I hate to see it and say it, but I get the impression we are staffed up at the moment and ATL will not hire again until we actually need people.

This. People close to 60 and/or 30 years are definitely not waiting for the next contract, and many not waiting for the bumps in the FDA either. Our scheduling deterioration is a big driver of this.
