Over 190 pilots, 90%+ of which had 25 or more years of service, separated in November under an early retirement incentive.

About 5.5%.

For comparison, eliminating 12,000 positions would be about 2.25% of total company workforce.

How does the 2023 volume compare to pre-Covid volume? I believe 2023 is still higher.

For the NURPs who still have a pension that could be a good deal. As far as I know, no NURPs have been acrueing any additional pension benefits for several years.
