Could someone post some quick highlights for these below?
Duty Rig...no change from current contract
Trip Rig... no change from current contract
Min Day...no change from current contract
Min Days off per month...reserves now 14/28 instead of 15/28 and can get paid over guarantee without working OT
Vacation Accrual Years of Service...no change from current contract but big improvement in maximizing time off as well as flexibility in use
Retirement...approx 40% increase to A fund (flat rate calculation)

For us FedEx guys, can you post some highlights when you get them or a link to the TA? I'm rooting that it's a really good pay increase. Our contract, IMHO, was not very good, although others may differ.

Is the UPS B fund cash over cap? What happens when the amount earned exceeds the IRS retirement limits?
The FedEx B plan stops at the IRS limit. Many passenger carriers have cash into their pay checks when they hit the IRS limit and the B fund can no longer pay out.
