Wow dude you don't even know me and don't have a slightest clue what goes on in my life and judging me as if I don't live in a real world, well that says a lot about you and how you live your life. Good luck with your decision as I'm going back to my unrealistic life.

brownie,

You are right... I don't know you or anything about you except you seem to have a thin skin..lol.

Sorry if I burst your bubble with any microaggressions...I'll let you go to your safe space now. I'm done with your world.

If you think a vote percentage has anything to do with challenging the vague language in the contract, you don't live in the real world.

Regardless of 100% or 50.1%, UPS will challenge the contract.

Swedish,

If you don't think strong support of the EB at this time isn't important, then I would say the same thing about you.

Well, that pretty much says it all right there.

So, your plan is stare the Chairman of the NMB right in the eye (and mind you, he's not blinking), and basically tell him to pound sand? Yeah, solid plan.

This is the guy that controls whether we get released to self help or not. You understand that, right?

Ok, let's follow your strategic plan for a second here...the IPA ignores the warning from the Chairman of the NMB, and he puts us on ice...in limbo. Nothing happens. In his eyes, the company is bargaining in good faith, and we are not. The company put over $1.5B on the table, and we turn our nose up to it. Now what is your plan? We continue to operate under the status quo, which UPS loves. There isn't any pressure on them to provide squat now. The onus is strictly on us, the IPA. So, what now ace negotiator? We have zero leverage...we can't strike, and there's $1.5B on the table. I can't wait to hear your response.

You won't because he doesn't have one. But I bet he has a lot to say about the entitled generation. Oh, the hypocracy...

Everyone has a hot button issue but to vote no because you don't like the reserve rule changes (which at least domestically are better) is cutting off your nose to spite your face. Look at the big picture and realize we're getting a pretty good deal here.

Remember the 1.5B is over 5 years. So UPS is paying 300 Million a year. Not impressed. I think the TA is weak. Cola raise? Serious lacking Retro. Trip trades with opentime STILL go through the company, which means 10 more years of "Request Denied, insufficient reserve coverage."

I'm on the fence. May flip a coin on Aug. 30. Wish I was as excited as the B & G crowd, but I'm not. And I love our EB and everyone of their efforts.

The more you read the less you may need to use the coin. It's almost like Obamacare when Pelosi said to vote for it then you get see what's in bUT but but the NMB say. Whatever
