For what it's worth I heard in recurrent last weekend that the company was gonna reduce the time for retaking the stupid Hogan test from 12 to 6 months....

Sure about that? A friend asked this question at the recent FAPA seminar and was told one needs to wait 12 months after a failed Hogan test. Not saying you're wrong but I'd imagine a recruiter should know?

So you must be a recruiter or know one of the recruiters? If so why would one recruiter say 12 months while another says 6? This job fair was just a week or so ago..

....and I know a person who failed the Hogan more than a year ago who's still waiting for the opportunity to retake it. Hope you're right but things just don't add up.

I'm not familiar with the Hogan test so I had to look it up. It seems it's some type of personality test? That being the case, how do you fail it, and then pass it? Your personality doesn't change per se. Or is it more of a factual type test that can be studied for and passed if you fail the first time around?
