Im not trying to be a jerk here, but I think what everyone is trying to say is... 'they will call you when they decide to call you'.
Ok, thanks. That's what I was wanting to know.

We only started interviewing in Mid 2014 and it seems most only started to take notice we were hiring again in 2015 so I doubt there are more than 1 or 2, if any at all, that have been in the pool for more than a year at this point.

There are a few who have been in more than 2 years now.

A few months ago I heard from a manager who'd participated in job seminars in the past that we have more than 100 pilots in the pool but that they're interviewing very rapidly in order to boost this number even more. Don't know how many of them are phantom numbers, or pilots who've already gone elsewhere, but they don't seem to be having any problems getting qualified applicants.

Boiler is absolutely correct - do not give your employer any deadlines because you just never know. My class had a person in it who interviewed less than a week and a half prior and also a person who'd been in the pool for 3+ years and who had to re-interview at some point. Both were fantastic individuals with tons of experience and very similar backgrounds. This is not a FIFO pool!

Hope you get the call very soon but look at other options in the meantime because you just never know.
Good luck to you!

Good info, thanks! Yeah, it's UPS or FedEx, otherwise I'll stay where I am, not interested in pax airlines.

Calls going out this morning (Saturday) for February class dates. These recent interviewees are skipping the pool.

I guess they have their reasons. I think it's good that they take (what they perceive) the best people.

Think about your kids in school...Should everyone win? Does everyone get a gold star? I'm in the pool and I'll accept that.

Disregard the comment you were replying to. The person making all these negative statements seems to be doing that on numerous threads, not sure why?

Personally I think the majority, if not all of our current poolies will be wearing brown uniforms by the end of this year, hopefully sooner. Hang in there!

I'd just buy some pants that fit like I wanted, maybe even a pair.
