This was something that varied from HR room to HR room and person to person. For those that did get TMAAT question, it tended to be more geared to those without any TPIC.
Common ones according to my experience and those that I talked to were:
"TMAAT that you dealt with an emergency."
"TMAAT that you had to make operational decisions."
"TMAAT that you really had to use CRM to deal with a problem."
Most with reasonable TPIC seemed to not get these questions.

Atlas will commonly tailor the interview towards the specific candidate's background in many cases. We've had clients with similar backgrounds to Atlas operations, who were asked zero technical during the interview, and others who get a thorough tech. Also have had clients "shoot the bull" for 45 minutes in there. Sure, they have some boxes to check off, but just depends on the individual candidate.
Whatever the case, I've had the chance to meet many of the Atlas recruiters and interview team members. They are without a doubt some of the friendliest people in the business and most of those that have upcoming interviews will have an enjoyable experience.

I got a couple of TMAAT questions, but nothing much. Like others said, everyone was so laid back that it almost made you feel like you'd gone to the wrong hotel by accident….
Off to Miami tomorrow to get on with it. Already digging into the CBTs to get a jump. Excited to say the least.

Ok, well...received my call from HR 2 weeks ago while out of the country and my phone was off. Needless to say, didn't get to speak with her. So called her back a few days later and left a message. Still haven't heard back. Tried her several times last week and it goes right to voicemail. A buddy at Atlas gave me the main number and told me to call and ask for HR. I tried that but the "gatekeeper" won't connect me to anyone and says the person I spoke with is no longer in the directory. Said I have to speak with the person that called me. So.....now what?
