Does Air Wisconsin still contribute 3% to your 401k, regardless of how much you put in?
Also, what do you guys pay per month for health benefits and what makes it better than the other airlines (if it is)?

Thanks Pitchtrim! So if I’m trying to put some numbers to he health plan costs, what would it look like on a monthly basis? Seems like most regionals are around $150 to $175/month for the employee only, and $550-$600/month for a family. Is the employee only responsible for 25% of that?

There were 3 plans when I was there. (left earlier this year.) An HMO which was the highest premiums but if you stay in network, the lowest costs for services. I heard of people having babies for less than $50. There is a PPO and a Comprehensive. Each one was within a few dollars premium wise as I recall. We had the PPO which for an employee + family was $285/pay check give or take. So $590/mo. And that is the 25%. So the total cost to AWA is $2360.00. You can go out of network for less $. I forget the percentages but it was something like 80-90% coverage in network and 70% out of network.
