$3.42 for senior captain and $1.09 for year 1 first officer. At least be accurate if you're going to be a pessimist.

2% of 36.63 is not 1.09.

Just noticed they got rid of the bigger RJ pay scales (unless someone else finds them). I’m a soft no now.

We don’t have bigger RJs. I doubt we will be getting any. I asked about this and was told it was covered under the section for new aircraft.

It's a 3% raise people. Not good by any means but thats the math over 18 months.

It’s giving away leverage.

Yes, if they get new aircraft the company will have to negotiate rates. There’s a reason the old rates disappeared and it’s because the company wants a shot at negotiating lower rates while dangling a shiny new airplane in front of the pilot group.
