It does considering the gap between our lowest paid pilots and highest paid pilots is the highest in the regional industry. I get that new pilots get a huge sign on bonus but that is by no means permanent.

Yeah it’s a turd. That much negotiation to yield that? I’m more productive in 15 minutes sitting on the toilet in the morning.

Real quick skim on the phone we got to keep the 2 options half hour prior to show for commuter clause from TA2 but management will abuse the ‘must be reasonable’ clause ... I can’t believe we let that in — I’d rather have the iron clad 2 hr + 1/2 hr backup without any wiggle room for them.

I believe it's an open site so anyone should be able to view it. If you are on probation, you just won't be able to vote on it.

You do know that you still get a raise every year, right? Benefit of a payscale and then we keep our 1.5% increase to the payscales every year. I'm not sure if any airline has an automatically increasing payscale. I would have loved to see them get us more money in line with the other regionals but hopefully there are better work rules. I remember a chief pilot coming to ground schools saying that the company would happily give us one of the other regional airlines' pay rates, as long as we took the rest of their book with it. He even said that he would probably get a nice raise and bonus if he were able to broker that!

I can't read as fast as you! What makes it a turd? I got through the list in the email that was sent out and that sounds ok. If I start reading the full language, I'm going to either fall asleep or get a headache before I make any progress!

just vote no
this is a complete slap in the face. Make them come with a real offer up to todsys market standards. Dont let the mec fool you into thinking this is good because it isnt.if this gets voted in you will regret it as long as youre on property and if the economy takes a dive next year as everyone is predicting you may be here longer than you thought.vote no and make them respect us and bring a real contract with pay and language that is industry leading.where are the two or three monthly commuter hotels? .15 min pay for all those freaking plane swaps? If you pu open time trips they cant jr man you at the end of it? Where are these improvements? Nevermind the fact that the pay raise is a joke im definitely voting hell no
