So people often assume that because Endeavor pays their employees more than Skywest Or Republic that their operating costs are higher? And that might very well be the case? However, the CPA’s that Delta signs with Skywest or Republic also include profit margins. I mean why wouldn’t they? Endeavor doesn’t operate for profit. Hence why we will never get profit sharing. Delta gets those profits. Additionally, most office functions piggyback off of like departments at Delta in Atlanta. There’s very little duplication. The C tower in Minneapolis is Opps specific for the Airline/CRJ like dispatch, scheduling and also training and testing functions.
Don't listen to management if they give you that excuse.

Why are there a bunch of 9E pilots bragging about their "great" company in an Air Wisconsin thread talking about possible furloughs and the possibility of their company not existing in the future? You don;t even fly for the same code share, you have nothing in common with these guys.

not so sure about that. If hula’s decides to close up shop, where do you think the 550’s are going. I don’t think the managers are awac are adding the 550’s, and 700’s to the certificate as wishful thinking.
