My point is that so long as there’s somebody else who can do it, Mesa has no chance at 550 flying. Air Wisconsin is a better fit, it keeps single fleet per airline. Additionally for Mesa as a company the lease payments on the 700s are guaranteed by United. It makes Mesa more money to lease then out and there’s no conversion expense.

Why recall pilots when hundreds of hours is being picked up by non-furloughed pilots.

Do you have proof? I’m not by any means accusing you of lying. I have just been really curious how much open time has been picked up versus how much has been assigned to reserves.

You can look at the reserve grid on css and see if the trip went to a reserve. You can also look at a trip and it shows you other crew members. Once the trip disappears you can see who picked it up or who it was assigned to by searching the other crew.

I can look at CSS right now...furloughed. I'm glad flying is picking up and I am hopeful for more recalls of course.

Block hours went from 6604 in Oct to 6882 for Nov. If that's what your looking for.

That's a 4.2% increase, not what I was hoping for, but at least its heading in the right direction and not the other way.
