The language the folks at delta used was apparently very threatening with many penalties. More of a dictatorship than partnership. The owners walked. The hiring projections with the delta deal was 260 and after is 250. So not much has really changed in terms of hiring or movement.

It's funny! Honestly if I were ever to get the jumpseat denial I would be polite walk off. Get the Captains name and then just get on the next flight and let the Union Handle it.
I've never seen Jumpseat wars end up good at all. Especially for the moron that does the denying.
