It figures you are a NC fan. If I cared enough I would probably go back a couple years and see how you are also a Duke, Kentucky, Kansas fan but unlike you I really just don't care enough.
You are bad though. Really bad. Well I am going to go have sex with a real women now. Good night and have fun on this forum.
Awesome! It's so easy to get a rise out of FL451! hahahahahah it's like clock work. Every month. Love it.

But you cared enough to respond. hahahahahahahaha

Just remember when you're having sex with a real woman that there's a fine line between cuddling and holding a woman against her will. blahahahahaha

Damn did you go back and find that phrase before the internet was even started. LOL So original. Kind of like me running through a peter patch and kicking penis's out of your mouth.

Default How's life at Air Wisconsin?

Been hearing a lot bout AWAC's lately. How's the QOL and Schedules? Money seems pretty good for a newbie but I saw where upgrade is like 5 years? Is that true? PilotJobs | Expanding Pilot Groups Means a Short Wait for Upgrade to Captain

Also saw some stuff about a new UAL contract and domiciles? Any intel on the junior bases, etc?

QoL is pretty good with trip rigs and duty rigs keeping schedules efficient. 12 days off minimum for reserve and lineholders, 100% DH and cancel pay leg-per-leg, lots of open time (150% pay over guarantee).

Upgrade is long, but it will move quickly. We lost a lot of FOs when our future was uncertain, meaning that those who join now may see very quick progression in seniority. Those should start by summertime when our larger classes finish IOE.

No idea on bases other than IAD and ORD being hubs. There are talks/rumors of either 5-6 small bases or 3-4 large ones.

Default Training

I'm thinking about applying and I was wondering if anyone can give me the rundown on what to expect in training and what the washout rate is. First 121 job so new to the world. Thanks

Plan on spending 4 weeks with weekends off in appleton. 2 weeks of indoc and 2 weeks of systems. If you stay awake in indoc youll pass the tests at the end of the first 2 weeks. Systems isnt bad but you definitely have to study, i made flashcards and passed the systems test first try no problem. Last day of systems youll go to a hangar and do a walkaround and doors training then you go back home the next day. Time off between systems and CPT varies, i had 4 days. You get 5 days of CPT then 2 days off followed by 10 sims. 8 training, 1 LOFT, and the last sim is your checkride. Awac is my first 121 job as well, just study your a$$ off and youll be fine. If you need extra sims theyll give it to you, my partner got more than 16 sims to get it right

16 sims seems like a bit of "overkill"?
