Doesn't help that our fleet is shrinking, we are only operating 47 right now. Room for growth I suppose.....

It's possible AWAC may grow UA feed similar to CommutAir. That is the only way they're going to attract any meaningful amount of new hires. IMO. Otherwise AWAC is just another carrier with long upgrades and little movement except for attrition.
FOs leaving for Piedmont will still upgrade within a few months vs years at AWAC and a new hire will most likely flow to AA before one will upgrade at AWAC. With the fleet size shrinking even more you're going to see an even higher amount as a percentage of lifer CAs sitting on their butts especially with the Midwest bases coming up.
