I have not seen it in person, but I think it’s pretty good. The real test will be to see how it handles out on the road and how it feels in accomplishing your duties. I think it looks professional yet a little modern.
I would be interested to know what the “Arctic Parka” looks like. For those (including myself) liking it a little more casual, you might be able to get away with the Arctic Parka and use the hat as you see fit.
Some seem to be able to get their panties in a wad know matter what happens. Let’s worry about the big stuff.
I agree that this all needs to be paid for by the company, none of us asked for this.

Do any of you recognize any of these 'pilot models' walking the runway? I think one of the Alaska 4-stripers is a 30 year employee but not certain cause the hat obscures her face. Too bad we don't have one of our more 'prosperous" colleagues in these fitted outfits for real perspective.

Hopefully they are durable, comfortable, and not cancer causing. I don’t think they are too far from our current setup except for those ugly brown shoes, turd brown leather jacket, and Gestapo style hat. Otherwise, I could really careless except that we shouldn’t have to pay out of our pocket. We were doing just fine and didn’t ask for this change, maybe except for the 50 cent homeless tie made out rags.

Not since I've been here and I've been pushing for it with my reps and on contract surveys since day 1.
Actually I was surprised we had to buy our uniforms as new-hires. Just another indicator of how cheap they are at Angle Lake.

I am going to have to go against the flow here, I like the new uniforms. Yes, I wish the hat would have been left out and I don’t see any reason to redesign our wings but overall it looks good and the brown leather jacket looks much better than any of our current options.
Honestly, do whatever you want with the uniform just don’t make me pay for it and make the hat optional.
