I wonder what the contents of her phone call to ALPA at 2:46 in the morning were? That detail was left out of the filing. And how, if you were roofied to an unconscious state, could you be in the mental state to remember exactly what they CA said about being F'd and the details of the voice mail from the FODO and make a phone call to ALPA?

However, where were they between 7:00pm and 10:30pm? It's simply labeled *** in the court docket.

Going2Baja,
The Canadian Forces had a full Colonel who was found out to have murdered two women and eventually found guilty of murder and 88 counts of other heinous crimes including home invasions. I asked my Boss at the time of his trial what if he knew the Colonel. Yes, he was a student of mine in pilot training and officer with me in the VIP squadron. I’ll believe anything about some one now.
Point being, people are very good at hiding some real evil in their lives. Just flying trips with someone tells you nothing about them, if they want to keep it hidden.
Look up Russell Williams.

The timeline of events is interesting
~6:00pm they were drinking with the flight attendants
7:00pm the Concierge's lounge closed
~10:30pm the flight attendant sees the two in the hall heavily intoxicated, and calls the company.
10:47pm the FODO calls the captain inquiring about the flight attendants concerns
2:46am the FO is on the phone with ALPA
They were in the captain's room from 10:30ish till 2:46am. However, where were they between 7:00pm and 10:30pm? It's simply labeled *** in the court docket.

Is this how ALK FA's operate, calling the company on the pilots on overnights? Please let me know so I can make sure NOT to invite them out for a crew beverage on overnights.

A little off topic, but why did the FA call the company? Were they in violation of 10 hrs? Are the FA's now trained to recognize intoxication from down the hall? WTF

Why didn't they call hotel security? I would think most reasonable people who saw someone who they felt was in physical danger would do more than just call the company. Unless the story has evolved since that time. What was the FODO told that night? I've read what the lawyers say he was told. I'm betting there is a recording of that call somewhere.

We don't exactly know what the contents of the call were, that information, "at risk", was something the FO said in the Seattle times interview. It is detail they left out of the court docket. We don't know yet, as there hasn't been any information put out by Alaska.
