The way I see it, the case against Alaska isn't really the point here. A lawsuit was filed as a falling out resulting from the company's inappropriate handling of the situation. Whether I believe all the details or not, there is enough evidence to clearly see his misconduct along with how he took advantage of his position of authority. He should've been let go early on to set a good precedent and to avoid this situation (or worse) from happening again. They failed at their responsibility in that and that is why they are in court many months later. This isn't just Alaska vs Piña, it's also a closer look into the standards of our colleagues and leaders in our profession.

In any event, it's not the guys fault. The perfidy of women goes all the way back to Eve. I'm sure those are his sentiments.
