Baja.
Leaving the question of what tactics the Alaske legal department will employ:
1. It never happened.
2. It's all the Captains fault, sexual assault was never part of the job description.
3. Other.

This isn't a criminal trial. I am not on the jury and proof beyond a reasonable doubt doesn't apply in this situation. Also, he isn't on trial, but his behavior is in the court of public opinion.

A guy with a wife and kids seduces and forces himself on a single girl that works for him. He is a pig that deserves all of the ridicule he is getting. Let's not forget how many pilots were calling for Weinstein's head on a platter for the exact same thing.

I would never take a drunk/drugged, nearly incapacitated, girl back to my room, that's just crazy.

I could see walking them back to their room, but never going in. Nor would I walk them back to my room.

We don’t want to abandon any fellow crewmember to their own devices in the event one is so intoxicated boardering on an alcohol blackout. Better to make sure the individual, be they male or email, make to their own room with wiitness(es) for the obvious.

If you'll recall, CBreezy was the one who initially brought up her looks by calling her attractive. I simply said I did not think so. It is just my opinion.

Don't need any. The alleged video, is it shows what they claim, will be more than enough to prevail in the lawsuit against the employer.

A criminal prosecution of the CA would be another matter entirely.

Was the CA working within the scope of his employment? Is the FO suing AK for what happened that night or what happened after that night?

She is more attractive than the FA depicted on the tail of the planes.
So there's that.

Is wrestling the FO from the elevator to the Captains room actually IN the contract? I can't imagine it. But was the woman where she was and exposed to the coworker's who were also there on company time and the company's dime a direct result of her employment? Oh yes.

Besides, do you think Alaska really wants all this discussed in open court and then going to a jury? For them it's a no winner. They are going to opt for however they lose the least.
