Bull. For a case to appear in PACER, it has to be filed in FEDERAL court. A Minneapolis DA isn't going to file a criminal case in FEDERAL court. He doesn't have the jurisdiction.

Here is every case that is in PACER that was filed between March 1 and April 5. Betty Pina isn't one of them because her case was filed in King County Superior Court. So I don't see how you know anything, if you don't know that PACER has nothing to do with the court where she filed her suit.....

So are you saying the guest who placed the call was a crew member? Most the hotels I stay at crew members are not kept together. Even if they were, that shouldn't matter.
I have no idea. I have been the one asking for the information. But I said it's possible that other crewmembers are in rooms near you. At least at my company, I'd say the majority of times the other crewmember's room is right next to mine, or right across the hall. Many hotels have areas and floors that they designate specifically for crewmembers, to help keep the noise down while we're sleeping.

And if the yelling, "Stop" was coming from another crewmember's room, it shouldn't matter? Personally, I look out for my fellow crewmembers, and I sure hope they would look out for me. I can't imagine any of my copilots ignoring that coming out of my room, they would be breaking down the door if they had to.

That is not what I said. I said it shouldn't matter if the guest who heard the noise was a crew member or not. If they were a crew member and they heard someone yelling "Stop" they the action they take shouldn't depend on whether or not they assume the person yelling stop is in the same profession as they are.

Keep in mind this tidbit of information came from someone who, claimed PACER was the source of his information, but PACER doesn't even cover the court where the case is filed, then claims you can't cut and paste docs from PACER, when you can. Until I see this from a reliable source its bogus. There may very well have been a filing in King County Court, but you can't find pleadings on their web site, and no news organization has filed any kind of story on this. I would think that if they filed witness statements that verified any of her story it would be all over the news.

Of course it makes a difference. One could have a question in their mind of what they heard if it was any random person. Was it a couple fighting, a drunken married couple, a group of kids playing a joke, not sure, how involved do I get? Well, calling security might make me feel I did enough. My fellow crew member is not one of those questionable situations. I'm protecting him or her, and making sure that person is alright.

I don't think we are talking about the same thing. I am talking about the claim that a guest next door heard her yelling "Stop." There was no information about whether that person was a crew member or not. I am saying that the profession of that guest does not matter.

You are saying that if you were that guest, you would act differently as a crew member. That is fine but to me, the actions of that guest are minor compared to the supposed actions of everyone else.

I suppose you're right, we're not talking about the same thing.

And yes, the actions of the guest are minor in comparison to the actions of the others, however, the posts were specifically in reference to the guest who called security.

BS. I just checked the Docket*. there have been no, repeat, no, none zip nada, new filings to the docket since the March 16 filing.

You are straight-up lying though your teeth.

* it's easy to do. You go here: https://dja-eweb.kingcounty.gov/Records/default.aspx You will have to open an account. There is a document fee to retreive documents, but you can search and get a list of the filings on any docket. The case number is 18-2-06812-6 You will see that like I said, there have been no new filings since 3/16/18.

Don't listen to Lugar. He is a troll (better than average APC troll).

There have been no new witness statements added to the case.
