Then you probably work for the wrong employer. One of the fractionals just de-certified their union a few months ago, no dues there. Skywest also has no union, and they even have an eskimo on the tail.

Is what it is, all the majors have unions last time I checked.

If you had a bad experience at the regionals, that much I can understand. But they work better at airlines which sell their own tickets.
