Managment and union all stay away from him. Too much of a liability with his online presence. Everyone knows who Shyguy is at least on the ex-VX side.

Wow you can't even say it's ok at Alaska( not good or great). What a bunch of negative Nancies. You make it seem like it's worse than air Koryo

For anyone outside looking in, the miserable ones (seen above) are the exception rather than the norm. Mostly internet tough talk who wouldn’t dare do anything in person. The overwhelming majority are great and pleasant to fly with.

Like most pilot forums, it’s the same ~10-15 pilots that are the most vocal and angry nancies. The same 15 or so on Alyeska who keep getting the threads locked up are also on APC ready to breathe their dragon fire of anger on anything even remotely positive or helpful for a newhire.

Should be all the info one needs to figure out who otz is. Although he keeps a lower, more professional profile there.

Does the company plan on transferring some 737s to Lax?

would like to be based in lax but I’m not sure what future for the base is.

LAX right now is already a mix of 737 and Bus base. After the bus draw down in coming years it will eventually becomes all 737s and 10 bus neos in LAX.
At this company only solid base is Seattle, everywhere else is a crapshoot.

LAX is the second largest base after Seattle. It is over twice as large as SFO or ANC, and almost twice as large as PDX. You’ll be fine if you’re hoping to be based in LA.
