It's nothing related to mergers. The law firm says that the company illegally over compensated the ceo recently and they want those funds returned to the share holders. I spoke with the lawyers today myself.

It’s funny, my last couple trips flight attendants have been telling me United is looking at buying us. When I ask where they heard this, they mention a mysterious guy on the internet that has predicted a lot of other things accurately.

So I’m curious to see what’s going to happen at AS after this merger goes through. It looks like JB/NK will prevail and if so, I don’t see any options for AS to grow and keep the brand alive. They wouldn’t want F9, right?
