Get your free Airbus and Boeing type ratings and go to Delta, get based in Seattle (new hires are getting it). I'll send you a bill for my consulting services.

I have no issue voicing my opinion to the company and helping the union get what we need/want. I'm not here just to accept what they give us, definitely not one of those pilots that's just happy to be flying a "big jet" 😆.

Delta has there issues as well just look at the threads. Same complaints of fatigue and they are doing the same informational picket like we are.

For the record we have had 35 resignations so far this year. We had 43 last year.

Majority (12) went to United. 8 went to other. 6 to American. 4 Delta. Rest JB, SWA and Sunny. None so far to UPS, FedEx, Sprontier, or Allegiant.

average age 37
average YOS 2.26

After flying half a month full of ANC all nighters I would like to see what their schedules are like.

The Cheer Leader camp is running a little behind in recruitment. And many of the senior cheer leaders are not returning to camp. It just may mean that the 51% goes to our side this time….No guarantees … The advantage in our favor is simple in that the senior cheer leaders always recruited the winning 10-15% of the vote. The new cheerleaders have zero voice and zero vote recruitment ability…Amen

I hope so but if what the Union is proposing is any indication, we are still going to be significantly lagging in every category of the contract.

also, I’m really doubting the amount of people ready for a change. Alyeska and here is always the same 25-30 people voicing our discontent with the miserable qol of life this large regional provides (myself included in that)… I think we are vastly underestimating the amount of unengaged pilots in our group that are fine working for less

I guess April 1st will demonstrate (no pun intended) how engaged or not the AS pilot group is.
