You're right. If they're not proactive they could find themselves in a full-on attrition spiral.

At this point, 10% new hire attrition would be a dream come true here. We're pushing 50%.

That 10 - 20% New Hire attrition at SW is a function of the legacies vacuuming up whoever they can find.

The approximately 30 percent differential at AS, if true, would underscore the fact that they have basically acquired the reputation as an undesirable place to plant roots.

I am in the largest class that Alaska has had and so far I haven't seen anyone leave. That's not to say they won't leave within their first few months however I think most will find the grass will still need the weeds pulled and fertilized.

I'm not in class but I've heard the classes are supposed to be 20 but they invite ~24 because they expect a handful of no shows haha. And if all 24 show up, they push the extra 4 to the next week.

Hopefully someone else can confirm that.
