The company will want pairings split by pilots to pay block, without any guarantees. At the very least they won't want to pay daily guarantee to both pilots.

If those pay rates are ALPA's ask, doesn't seem high enough as a starting point.

Pros and cons to hard cred VS higher adg. Obviously if they are the same value hard cred min is better. I'd take the higher adg over a lower hard number. More days off for pilot group as a whole.

Hard credit means company would no longer build pairings with short days to begin or end a trip. Commuters definitely would be bitten as commutablity would tank from "optimizing".

Whichever solution is chosen will completely change pairing construction.

on the FO side in Seattle you missed the opportunity to be 1 of only 6 other FOs on reserve for April.

looks like there were 57 open flying lines.

They'll probably end up just getting proffered lines since we have roughly 1 fo leaving every day.
