We get 1/3 of what Delta normally gets. Sick time? It’s a joke here. You can’t even touch on the other things cause like everyone else here, you leap at the first thing.

Not sure how you square that circle, but OK.
I respect myself and value the work I’ve put in. Unlike the yes votes here who are afraid of their own shadow. This place will be back down at the bottom in less than a year. Mark my words.

..... Yes this is the exact reason we got this deal that puts us on top and fixes everything. On top of the fact we have the best NC and MEC this airline has ever seen. How's that a hard concept? This isn't settling.

You actually said it best here. With even “some” industry leading provisions. Just wait. I’m telling you, you’ll be complaining about this in less than 12 months. But guys like you deserve to be fifth best.

This fixes about 75% of things. 🤣 we will still have a HUGE amount of attrition. I know of about 20, plus me, who have started looking elsewhere. Plus side is I got the Delta response in a day! Glad I kept my logbook up to date.

And for reference, hired by Alaska. Not part of this so called “Angry 30.” Just sick of the “take what you get” mentality here. If you’re looking for a job and think Alaska is the place, don’t. Go to Spirit, JetBlue, American, Southwest, United, UPS, FedEx, or Delta.

This place will always be at the bottom. I give it less than a year. I’ll be gone by then but can’t wait to look back and say “I told ya so!”

OTZ better tread carefully. As if we don’t know who you are. But, his “info” is being brought up in multiple areas amongst the company. His name isn’t anonymous, in fact it’s very well known. I’d be careful. Unless you really want me to drop your name and employee number on here?

ME!! Lol Hell you’ve been here FIFTEEN YEARS!!! FIFTEEN bro! How many years in did it take you to come to the decision that this place and its contract sucked….. without leaving.

You compare to Delta, while Delta has had a crew base in YOUR town… for what HALF of your career at Alaska?! If I felt like you do, I’d have left YEARS ago!

Im no Alaska apologist by any means. And, yes there are some things I’m disappointed in, and, when you vote no, totally respect that. But, for you to sit in SEA as a 15 yr Cpt, wagging your finger at whatever % votes yes and telling them THEY are the reason YOU haven’t had, and will never have the contract YOU “deserve”…. That’s pretty damn rich hoss.

You want my life story? Moved to Seattle last year. Was waiting for the contract to be “the best.” It failed. So applications went out. I’m 43. Not worried at all.

Yes everybody knows who he is. But do not disclose that on APC.

Yes you should leave at age 43 if you can get called by DL or UA and live in base. I would if I were that age.
